What ages do you teach?+
Everyone. From 6-month-olds having their first splash to adults learning from scratch, we tailor every session to the swimmer.
Where are your pools?+
We have two pools: 1 Chamberlain Court in Pomona, NY and 2216 Avenue L in Flatbush, Brooklyn. We can also come to your own pool — house calls are by inquiry only, with a 1.5-hour minimum, so please call to schedule.
How does booking work?+
Pick your package online, tell us the days and the 2–3 hour window when you're generally free, and pay securely. We'll call you within one business day to lock in your exact lesson times.
Can I request a male or female coach?+
Yes. You can specify a preference during booking and we'll match you accordingly whenever possible.
Are your instructors certified?+
All instructors are certified in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid, with additional specialty training for therapy and infant swim.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Full credit for cancellations 24+ hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be charged, but we're flexible for illness or emergencies.
